Teresa Shuler - Owner
I've been working in the staffing industry since the early '90s, and I've loved every minute of it. Columbus has a great legal market which I began recruiting for in 1999. Every year Columbus Business First lists the top 25 law firms in Columbus, and I'm proud to say 23 of them are my long-time clients. Additionally, I work with multiple small and medium-sized firms. Each office has its own unique culture and goals. I truly enjoy working with the firms' leadership teams to identify attorneys and support staff that will embrace the culture and share the goals of the firm.
After 20 plus years, I still love what I do and that makes coming to work every day so much easier. Hopefully, that's evident in the excellent level of service provided to the local firms and the candidates I work with.
Specialties: Understanding what an employer is looking for. There are many candidates that have the skills to fill a position, but hires are based on much more than that.

Lavinia Mason - Director of Attorney Recruitment
Lavinia is a seasoned Legal Recruiter with 12 year's experience in the industry. Her recruiting career began in Southern California with a nationally recognized recruiting firm. She was very successful in placing high-level support staff and paralegals. She then began attorney recruitment and has excelled in this arena as well. Lavinia is excellent at identifying candidates for positions that are extremely difficult to fill. Relationship building is Lavinia's passion.
What are people saying about Lavinia?
"Lavinia outsourced three or four other recruiting firms that are supposed to be the best of the best. She was always a pleasure to work with."
“Lavinia Mason is a “veteran” within the industry and a force to reckon with because of her in-depth knowledge of the trends, coupled with a consistent track record with placements, an extensive network of potential employers, and keen insight of knowing people. In the first 90 seconds of the initial phone interview, the conversation was never one-sided but you recognize certain traits and know she has “integrity” unlike most recruiters that give you false hope and promises of opportunities with your information eventually landing in a database of unknown contenders."
"She is an outstanding recruiter and has extremely strong skills at seeking out and locating hard to find candidates, developing relationships, and identifying candidates with the right skill sets for particular jobs."
